Mcgillicuddy Serious Party Manifesto 1987 -- 1990 -- 1993 --1996 -- 1999
Paperback Edition: repr
From 1984 to 1999 the McGillicuddy Serious Party was 'world famous in New Zealand', disrupting politics and culture with barbed humour that pricked the status quo and ridiculed the powerful and the orthodox.
Like any crazed missionary or commissar, McGillicuddy election candidates had a book to wave, a Manifesto that promoted 'Funism, Bonnie Prince Geoffie and The Great Leap Backwards'.
The McGillicuddy Serious Party Folio Edition features A4 facsimiles of the five editions of the McGillicuddy Serious Party Manifesto - 1987, 1990, 1993, 1996 and 1999 -- with a new Introduction and page-by-page Notes by Clan McGillicuddy members.
