Shipping & Delivery

As soon as your order has been recorded by one of our staff, we have the systems and the support staff to ensure your order is processed, invoiced and despatched promptly and efficiently.

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and we should despatch all orders within 1-3 working days from the time of order, providing the items are in stock at our stores. Where orders cannot be supplied from stock, we endeavour to notify you of the estimated supply time as soon as possible. The time period until the stock is received is dependent on supplier availability, as well as their location and the freighting options they use.
