Author Biography: Dr. T. Bradley is a lecturer at the Institute of Criminology, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand where he teaches under and post-graduate courses on criminological thought, police and policing and crime prevention. He has published in the areas of crime prevention and the politics of community safety, youth crime and justice, plural policing and private security and community violence. Reece Walters is Professor of Justice Studies at QUT in Australia. His research focuses on crimes of the powerful, notably the ways in which corporate and government officials abuse their authority for personal or political gain. He has published on the politics and governance of criminological knowledge and more recent work seeks to push existing criminological horizons to include notions of environmental harm and justice. He has authored five books including Deviant Knowledge: Criminology Policy and Practice; and Eco Crime: Crime and Genetically Modified Food.
