• Frauke Meyer is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Education and Social Work at Waipapa Taumata Rau, The University of Auckland. Her research is concerned with school improvement, leadership, and interpersonal leadership practices to improve equity in educational outcomes.
• Kane Meissel is a Senior Lecturer in Educational Psychology in the Faculty of Education and Social Work at Waipapa Taumata Rau, The University of Auckland. Kanes research focuses on the identification of specific factors that relate to success and improved equity among under-served learner groups.
