Ways to Order
- Order Online: Please your student email address when you register for an account.
- Email: Please ensure you provide details of the books you require, daytime contact number, delivery address, and payment option (credit/debit card).

- Credit/Debit Card: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
- POLi Online Debit Payments: Pay for your order using the security and convenience of internet banking. Learn more at POLi's website.
Shipping & Freight
Freight Charge: Standard delivery is $5.99 for Auckland and $9.99 for the rest of the country.
An additional rural delivery fee of $5.99 NZD will be applied for all rural deliveries.
ubiq Bookshop takes no responsibility for non-delivered packages.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available from our University of Auckland Campus store for online orders. Select this method at the checkout page before placing your order.
We are open Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays observed in Auckland, and New Zealand national public holidays.

Discounted prices for textbooks can be redeemed on our website using your members discounted code. Please order using your email address associated with STONZ membership where available.
