This edition has been totally rewritten as a result of the enactment of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, which radically changes the statutory regime enacted in 1908 but also reflects significant changes in society. It seeks to balance practical advice of assistance to the members and committees of incorporated societies with detailed commentary of value to the legal profession.
