Electrical Principles

This book presents the core knowledge component for the Electrical Trades course as required by Training Package UEE.

The book uses a student-friendly writing style, a range of fully worked examples and full-colour illustrations to make the basic principles easier to understand. Covering the core knowledge components of the current UEE Electrotechnology Training Package and referencing the new AS/NZS 3000:2018 Wiring Rules, this textbook is structured, written and illustrated to present the information in a way that is accessible to students.

The writing style is aimed at Certificate III students while retaining the terminology typically used in the Electrical Trades. Additionally, the technical content does not break into a level above that of Certificate III. At all times the book uses illustrations integrated with the text to explain a topic.
