Waiwhero is a bilingual kaupapa Māori resource based on academic research that celebrates traditional Māori teachings about menstruation. Written for whanau and rangatahi, Waiwhero uses storytelling, karakia, moteatea, bulletpoint factsheets and art to reclaim teachings that are positive and empowering for girls, women and the wider whanau.
