Susy Frankel is a Professor of Law at Victoria University of Wellington. Her areas of expertise include international and domestic intellectual property law and international trade law. Susy is Chair of the Copyright Tribunal, and is the President- Elect of the International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research of Intellectual Property.
Jessica Lai is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Lucerne. She studied law and chemistry at Victoria University of Wellington. In 2015, she is a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition Law, Munich.
