Surviving Centrepoint : My Years in New Zealand-s Most Infamous Cult

A movie-length documentary in which former members and children of the notorious Centrepoint commune tell their stories for the first time, it gives an intimate, raw and harrowing insight into life inside this country's most notorious cult.

As a result we are republishing the memoir of one of the survivors and the catalyst for this documentary, Surviving Centrepoint.

First released in 2013 under the author pseudonym Ella James, this edition will feature Ella's real name, Rachel Clare King. Updated to include all developments since original publication, a photo section that was not in the original book and an Open Letter from the many children of Centrepoint to the adults, calling for restorative justice.
