Mezzaluna : Selected Poems

Award-winning poet, inaugural New Zealand poet laureate (2007-09), and winner of the Prime Minister's Award for Literary Achievement (2013), Michele Leggott MNZM has published nine collections of poetry (alongside anthologies and essay collections) that have fundamentally shifted New Zealand poetry to more experimental forms. Losing her sight over the last decade, her work has continued to erupt in new directions. This Selected Poems, co-published with Wesleyan University Press in America, will engage new readers with a majot New Zealand poet.
