Both her master's and doctoral studies focused on transitions, with a specific lens on professional learning. Tracey is passionate about educational leadership within a range of diverse contexts and is committed to coaching and mentoring others.

Rosina Merry (PhD) has held a range of education roles, including teaching and managing in ECE services, and initial teacher education. Her research includes language, culture, and identity within the online teaching spaces. Rosina has a particular interest in digital technology for pedagogical purposes and the role leadership plays in this space.
