Author Biography: Paula Green is a poet and her husband Michael Hight is a painter - they have published one children' book previously, Flamingo Bendalingo. She has published three previous collections, Crosswind, Cookhouse and Chrome and is the 2005 Writer in Residence at the University of Auckland. Paula has published a number of adult poetry books and three children's books. Michael is a highly regarded artist who primarily paints with oil on canvas. His work is exhibited widely throughout New Zealand and is held in significant public and private collections.
