Unknown Sea
Paperback Edition: 1
Death is a part of life that none of us can avoid. The poems in this anthology give insight into the world of those who are grieving, facing the death of someone they love, or even facing death themselves. Some illustrate joy and acceptance; others,

These poems teach us about love and perseverance, patience and frustration, and, above all, about life.Rod MacLeod trained as a doctor in Scotland. His interest in the care of people who were dying developed while working as a family doctor in rural Norfolk in the east of England. He went on to specialise in palliative care and for over 25 years has worked with people nearing the end of life. Rod lives and works in Auckland and in Sydney, where he is conjoint professor in palliative care at the University of Sydney.
