Butterworth's Introduction To Commercial Law
Paperback Edition: 4
Commercial law is the conceptual backdrop
of private practice, and as such, is considered and has been historically a compulsory part of the law school curriculum. Commercial law as an area covers matters such as sales of goods, formation of a contract (commercial contracts), agency, financing through PPSA, CCCFA, and insurance. Clearly many of these topics can be considered "whole topics" or whole books and courses in their own rights, but there is a wide, challenging commercial law course offered in law schools, for which this book works. In this way, the book covers a lot of content ground competently, but efficiently.
